Fit and Fab February

It’s hard to believe that February is just a few days away! I’m personally declaring this month Fit and Fab February because, (a.) I love alliteration and (b.) I need to kick my butt into gear and start working out to get back to my pre-pregnancy shape. I’m very thankful that breastfeeding has helped me speedily shed the pounds, but now it’s time to TONE IT UP, sister! (Not to be confused with “turn it up”…shudder). I must admit it’s quite hard to muster up enough energy to exercise after pregnancy, especially when you’re sleep deprived! But in these desperate times, I always look to Britney Spears for motivation:

Because I don’t have a nanny to watch the babe while I go spend time at an actual gym, this workout plan is going to have to happen in my own home. So, with that, I took to Pinterest and found numerous circuits that I can easily do in the comfort of my own home (and with baby girl watching me like I’ve lost my mind from her monkey bouncer).

I’ve made myself a calendar of workouts because, (a.) I come from the corporate world where if it’s not on my calendar then it doesn’t exist and (b.) to help further motivate and keep me on track. I’ll be posting my circuits on Twitter, Instagram and Facebook with hashtag: #FitFabFeb if you’d like to follow along.
