Well, my friends, we are on the last stretch of #FitFabFeb! I’m happy to report that I have lost 3 pounds this month and feel stronger and more energized than I did in January (this might also have to do with the fact that Blake is now sleeping 6 hours straight – maybe it’s a combination of the two). My husband even said to me the other day, “Look at your 6 pack!” – HA! I laughed because I knew he was just humoring me, but I do know it’s under there, somewhere, and I will find it…someday. 😉

And just because February is over and #MarchFitFab doesn’t sound as catchy, this doesn’t mean that we have to lose our momentum! I plan to keep on this fitness track and will continue to post occasional motivations here and there on this blog.
